Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may also offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional events. Any free shipping offer will be clearly stated on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. International Shipping and Customs

We ship to selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Please note that we are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we will make every reasonable effort to help.

8. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, customs inspections, carrier issues, or peak shipping seasons.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
